Program Name: Refer & Earn – Landlord Referral Program

1. Eligibility

The Referral Program is open to all landlords who have successfully listed a property on our portal.

Only individuals residing in India with valid UPI or bank account details are eligible to receive referral payouts.

2. Referral Code

After a landlord lists a property, they will receive a unique Referral Code.

This code must be shared with other landlords who are not already registered on the portal.

The Referral Code must be entered by the referred landlord during their property listing process.

3. Referral Reward

The referring landlord (Referrer) will receive ₹300 for each new landlord (Referee) who:

Signs up using the Referral Code

Successfully lists at least one valid property on the platform

Passes manual verification by our team

Rewards will be paid via UPI or bank transfer within 7 working days of successful verification.

4. Reward Limitations

There is no maximum limit to the number of landlords you can refer.

Only one Referral Code can be used per new landlord.

A landlord cannot refer themselves or use multiple accounts to claim rewards.

Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other service or benefit.

5. Disqualification Criteria

Fake, incomplete, or duplicate listings will result in disqualification of both parties.

If the Referral Code is not submitted at the time of listing, the referral will not be counted.

Any suspicious or fraudulent activity will lead to immediate disqualification and potential account suspension.

6. Program Modifications

THEPROPDEALER reserves the right to:

Modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice

Delay or withhold payments in case of suspected fraud or policy violations

Change the reward amount or payout method

7. Disclaimer

This program is being conducted in good faith to reward genuine referrals.

THEPROPDEALER is not liable for any loss, delay, or technical issue that prevents successful referral or reward payout.
