These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of rental services offered by thepropdealer.com (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to abide by these Terms in full.

1. PLATFORM ROLE

thepropdealer.com facilitates the discovery, verification, and onboarding process for residential rental properties. All listings are reviewed and managed internally by our platform team. We may provide services such as digital rental agreements, tenant KYC, and rent payment coordination where applicable.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The platform is not liable for:

· Any personal or financial loss after possession unless explicitly covered in agreements facilitated by us

· Interpersonal disputes between tenants and property managers

2.TENANT RESPONSIBLITIES

a. Digital KYC Verification

Tenants may be required to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) process, including government-issued ID verification and contact details. This ensures compliance with legal and safety standards.

b. Rental Agreement
